Order acceptance
Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other concerns related to the order.
Pricing & product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate. If an error is discovered, we may correct it and contact you with available options, which may include order cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
24-hour cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests made after that time may not be possible if the order has already entered processing, shipped, or if a digital product has already been delivered or made available for download.
5-day returns (physical items)
Physical items may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
No returns on digital products
All digital products, including music and other downloadable files, are final sale. Because digital items are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital purchases.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to help. Unresolved payment disputes or chargebacks may result in order review, account restrictions, or additional verification requirements for future purchases.
Purchases
Payments, delivery, and returns
We sell both physical merchandise and digital downloads. The terms below explain payment processing, shipping expectations, digital delivery, and return eligibility.
Digital delivery
Digital products are typically delivered automatically after purchase through a download link shown on-screen and/or sent in your order email. If a digital music product includes a preview, the preview is limited to approximately 30 seconds before purchase. Where offered, digital downloads are limited to one download per purchase.
Physical fulfillment
Physical orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment, although timing may vary by destination and carrier. Please verify your shipping address at checkout, as Julene’s Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
