We process orders as quickly as possible and package physical items with care so they arrive in excellent condition.
Processing time
Most physical orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery & tracking
Physical items are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships. This delivery timeframe does not apply to digital products.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, an order may already be in processing, shipped, or, for digital products, delivered and no longer eligible for cancellation.
What is your return window?
We accept returns for eligible physical items within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital products, including music and other downloadable files, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@julenesfashion.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is eligible, we will reply with the next steps.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
What about digital music downloads?
If a digital music product includes a preview, the preview is limited to approximately 30 seconds before purchase. Where offered, digital downloads are limited to one download per purchase.
